Rich is originally from Brooklyn, NY and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.

 

Rich's comedy career began as a result of his leaving the world of Wall Street investments.  After graduating from Oneonta State with a Business-Economics degree, he accepted a job with a prominent New York independent investment firm.  After six years with the firm in New York, Rich accepted an offer to work in the Institutional Asset Management division in Los Angeles.  Two years and one corporate takeover later, it was time to move on.

Rich said, "The firm wanted you to think of it not as a takeover, but rather, a merger."  Unfortunately, after eight hard working years, the only thing that merged was his desk and the copier room.  So it was time to go.
